Having been dedicated to the precision machining profession for over 30 years, I have witnessed many ups and downs, but above all is the passion and pride in what I have achieved. Precision machining is not just a profession, but also an art, where every smallest detail demands absolute meticulousness and precision.

This field demands a seamless combination of extensive expertise and proficient practical skills. From understanding complex technical drawings, choosing appropriate materials, to operating modern machinery such as CNC machines, lathes, milling machines... all require intense focus and strict discipline.

The greatest challenge of this trade is the strict requirement for precision. Even a minor mistake, a millimeter, can ruin an entire expensive product. Time pressure, increasingly high quality requirements, coupled with rapidly evolving technology, demand that mechanics must continuously learn and update their knowledge.

However, the achievements gained are also immensely rewarding and a source of pride. When I see machine components I have personally crafted functioning smoothly in modern industrial equipment, or when contributing to the creation of products with significant practical application in daily life, I feel extremely happy and proud.

My greatest pride is contributing to the development of our country's industry. Precision mechanical products "Made in Vietnam" are increasingly valued in the international market; that is a testament to the efforts and talent of Vietnamese mechanics.

To the young people who want to enter this profession, I offer some sincere advice:

• Be passionate: Passion is the greatest motivation for you to overcome all difficulties.
• Never stop learning: Technology is always changing, so always update your knowledge and new skills.
• Cultivate meticulousness and precision: These are the most important qualities of a precision mechanic.
• Be persistent and patient: Success does not come overnight, so persistently pursue your passion.
• Learn from those with more experience: Their experiences will help you shorten the path to success.
