In our recruitment requirements for general labor positions, it is clearly stated "High School Education (THPT) or equivalent", meaning that you just need to demonstrate to us your capability, skills, awareness, and work attitude. The field of mechanical machining, especially in the production and product quality control departments, involves significant exposure to technical drawings, including technical specifications related to mathematics and geometry. Furthermore, we also utilize technology in our production and operations. Therefore, degrees, certificates, and transcripts are merely a prerequisite for reference and are not decisive in the selection process.

How long is the probationary period at August Mechanical?


The maximum probationary period at August Mechanical is 2 weeks.

During the initial 2 weeks, you will begin to experience and get acquainted with the work environment, shift work schedule, working methods, and company culture.

Recruitment Process?


Step 1: Application Submission

You submit your application to our recruitment - HR department.

Step 2: Evaluation, Selection, and Interview Scheduling

We receive and review each application file from all applicants and will send the earliest possible response to each individual via the personal email provided in the application.

For successful candidates, we will schedule a direct meeting within 3-5 working days from the date of receiving the application.

Step 3: Interview

We will have a brief interview with you so that you can understand us better and vice versa. During the interview process, you will take a small IQ test from us. But don't worry too much because it is quite simple, really. Good luck!

Step 4: Welcome onboard - Welcome New Member
